    Professional Skills

    • Teaching Social Work, Family Social Sciences, Sociology, Education and Psychology related courses in post-secondary institutional settings
    • Teaching Introduction to University and Basic University Skills courses for first-year university students at the Aboriginal Focus Programs.
    • Tutoring in the Aboriginal Focus and Ukrainian language programs at the University of Manitoba
    • Conducting social sciences research using SPSS and multiple libraries catalogues.
    • Professional translation from/to English, Russian and Ukrainian in education and social service related areas.
    • Organization and conducting of educational training in developing basic computer, program management, counselling and student learning skills
    • Holding of individual and family counselling sessions.
    • Volunteering at Winnipeg Child and Family Services and Elementary School Services.
    • Working one on one and in groups with University level students from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
    • Working with visually impaired people, multi-children families, youth offenders, students at high school and University settings in Ukraine and Canada.
    • International experience working on various youth UN committees to promote UN Millennium Development Goals in Ukraine and Northern Europe
